Never had a balancing issue. Probably been through at least 4 sets on my DMAX. Only had 1 separate.

2008 Tundra: 2 sets of BFG's, one set of junk Falkens and one set of Nitto's.
2006 Tundra: 1 set of BFG's.
1989 4runner: 2 sets of BFG's.
1995 4Runner: 2 sets of BFG's.
Never had any separations.
I did have a slight wobble on my first set of BFG's on the Tundra back in 2008 when initially installed, but they put someone on it that actually knew how to balance tires and not a new guy. This was also in Hemet as my tire guy moved there for a short spell. Less than 30 minutes after complaining, I had a perfect setup.
