This will be gated with cameras etc.. it being on the main drag I think helps as well.

For those that have been asking “how many sold”. We sold one more at the show and got 5-7 leads that are strong.

I know some that have already laid down deposits are talking to their friends as well so I think we are off to a good start.

I’m 49 and I invested in this project.. I got a few other things I’m working on as well.

Btw sold another two this week and they tell me they have another 5-7 that they are pretty confident will be pulling the trigger shortly.

Some of these are being purchased as investments with rental income in mind. They should rent for around a 1.35 a sqft’ish.. so if you are interested in renting we are putting a list together.

My buddy is "Wayne Masters" and I think he still lives
in San Bernardino. You may know him.

Name doesn’t ring a bell, but honestly I am terrible with names and deal with a lot of people..

Weirdly if I saw a boat though I could say oh you are the guy with the xyz, running an abc, spinning a def.. lol.

@RiverDave I have a cousin who has one of these luxury car condo type of building spaces in Allen Texas. I guess they are popular there. His is a tilt up building and each unit has nice garage style doors. It’s for the car enthusiasts to store and hang out working on their Porsche or Ferrari etc. or in his case Jeeps & VW bugs. You’re allowed to build out your unit how you want. Many are built out with full on entertainment areas, lofts, cocktail bars, couches, bathrooms, TV’s etc and are car themed. His development has a club house, Which is open on the weekends.

But some of the rules are you must have at least one car stored in it, can’t run a business out if it, you can’t live in it. They have noise curfews. Nothing can be left outside or parked outside of your garage area.

I assume you’re going to have monthly dues and will have rules about the things listed above?
 
wow, I wondered what ever happened to this project. I spoke to someone about investing in this project and never heard back LMAO oh well. Glad I didnt go through with it to be honest.

You can build your unit out however you want. City won’t allow you to run a shop out of the units.

There is a small HOA for landscaping security gates etc

They filled up pretty fast on the investment side. I invested in it personally and was the last one to get in.
