Off season remodel and prep

Got the frame back from powder. Powder Coating AZ did a killer job.
Offloaded this thing and got right to work first thing was to tackle the 120 Dzus springs and damn am i glad that's over. I do not like when people coat the springs with the frames so I will always pull the springs and replace them with new ones but since I did this all last season they were all still good just had 200 rivets to remove from the springs what a pain.
Then I installed the gearbox, fuel tank, peddle assembly, radiator, and turning brake so i can make a couple new brake lines since I went with a new turning brake this time the empi ones have the ports coming out of the side and they were a little too close to the seat the ports on the jamar come out of the back so that fixes that issue. With that I have a brand new empi turning brake for sale shoot me a message. I then mocked up the seat just to make sure everything clears as it should and were good. on to the next taskIMG_1942.JPEGIMG_1941.JPEGIMG_1940.JPEGIMG_1939.JPEG
