I would sell during the season and buy after the season. It's a buyers market now. Not a great time to be a seller.

Best time to sell is between Labor Day and Thanksgiving
Best time to buy is between Easter and the 4th of July

Honestly, for Buggies the price most likely will be the same, but the volume of sales are certainly Sept-November.
