an agreement.
The agreement is, "The USA will share the ocean with Iran".
We will keep the surface, Iran gets the bottom of the ocean.
 
Does anyone care about Newscum behind schedule on his "Butterfly Bridge"
over budget, @ $100 Million USD, and if you wonder, "Butterfly's" do not walk on a bridge.
