Question, one thing I notice that bothers me is the wind, can you sit outside in the afternoon without getting blown away?
 
Looks to not be that bad this week. It must keep the bad air out?

Only beeing here since late August, maybe 2 or 3 days I'd call straight up "windy". I hang out in my garage pretty much every single day and only closed the garage once due to wind. And half that was probably because it was cold.
If youre on a hill, probably a big difference.
