What's wrong with it ? I see 2 straps pulling back and 2 pulling forward.

Looks like one strap per axle looped through wheels and across the car.

Just somewhat of a guess....but, my guess is that the strap is rated at 5K-10K.

Any possibility that it crosses something that has a sharp edge?
