    Weekend Warrior Rear Bed Removal

Yes, this sounds about right. By using a 2x4 it will raise the bed 3.75 inches keeping the OEM roll down blind but would need to remove the valance. Since I have to remove the Valance anyways, I’m thinking of removing the OEM blind and just put in a black out curtain. Then I can use a 2x6 so the...

    Weekend Warrior Rear Bed Removal

I haven’t been able to find much so was hoping maybe someone here has done it. I have a 2006 WW fifth wheel 3505. It has the single rear bed that you manually raise and lower with the assist from gas shocks. I want to raise the height of the bed so I can stop changing tires to fit my Pro R in...

My thoughts on the Pro R

Yep 500 miles and my uppers were shot. I had my buddy Todd at STR Shocks do mine. I don’t know exactly what weight springs he used or what our final shock charge was but I can find out and let you guys know. I do know we went with heavier uppers and left the valving stock. Him and his son came...

    Pro R paddle choices

Mine is all stock. I plan on a 300 kit from Bikeman down the road so I wanted a paddle I could grow into. I think it will be a good set up for that power.

    Pro R paddle choices

I just purchased the Tensor 35” sand tires front and rear. Running 10lbs in front and 12lbs in rear. The cups are pretty big at 1 1/4” and 16 cups. I was very pleased with them.

Padres Road to the World Series

The Padres have a real strong batting line up. Problem is when they have a big scoring inning they seem to fall off. Then everyone starts swinging for the fence. Just go back to basics and put the bat on the ball.

    Dune closures

I can understand why the North wouldn’t bother to fight as the closures don’t affect them for duning. On the other hand, more people would leave Glamis and camp at Gordon’s again if the closures were moved or lifted. At least that’s how I see it.

    Dune closures

I agree with this. My questions really were if anyone knew of any new news on this. It is very easy to end up in the closure by mistake. They have popo posted up in these areas for such occasions. Not to mention they haven’t removed all of the old closure poles still!

    Dune closures

Here is how I saw it go down. The first closures were between Pattons Valley and China Wall. Only the die hard duners rode that section. Then the closures were removed but then added to every valley from Pattons valley to Test Hill. Blocking off access legally to every valley from the sand...

    Double disc clutch adjustment

Set it up with minimal play in the slave cylinder. Pull the slave and adjust the nut up to just below the arm. This will give enough free play so that the throw out bearing isn’t riding on the pressure plate. My cars engagement and disengagement was at the beginning half of the pedal. No need to...
