Been a big issue in the South Bay, but the po po has been cracking down on them lately and I haven't seen too many hooligans. However, they are everywhere and a lot of kids still don't know how to ride safely.

I always thought he was a Republican *shrugs* He only lasted as sheriff for one term and lost his bid for re-election 61% -39%, which for an incumbent is basically being thrown out of office. Heard he's thinking of running for Governor.
