Got the Bulk head CAD done and welded on one of the chassis, and the rear arms, working on front arms after the first of the year, my partner is building a 4 seat car, he owns a commercial steel building company, what is funny is his name is Dave lol.
Looking good,
Pickup more power i would look into a Fast Hi Ram, getting away from the aluminum intake due to heat soak will pick up some power, looking good,
Manny in CA, does all the suspension still, Man-welder, we are working on doing a chassis, going to be a copy of my Prerunner but straight,
Dont have time for a full car but will have full rollers next year,
Not Shure how quick you need one by i can cut one out with the laser and get it out in about a week, Kartek went to a 10'' now,
Or you can order the 10'' and move the caliper bracket
I should have most of the parts in stock or will have them in a week,
On the Camshaft, i prefer CamMotion the ramp angle are less, easier on the lifters, we set them up around 8.5cr
I hate should pads, for me they feel line the are not as tight, and the huge pads rub my neck, the non padded belts sit under my t shirt color when the are tightened correctly, lots of people like the pads, but a lot of people have always had them.
On the Screen is the Voltage smooth on the TPS, same issue i had with mid throttle, but no backfire, fuel filter issue the car for me just died then had to wait to start,
Back fire feels like it is loosing ignition, fuel is getting dumped in then gets fire up and lights the fuel,
Also Control Cables typically ships in 2-3 day of build time, they are quick, the Kartec cables are aluminum jacketed and gaul over time, the control cable is a spiral steel cable.
Great write up, i use the Icom Software, it works really easy, i add the weather station on the last bank and add a bunch of emergency channels on another bank, I think PCI does the numbering next to the channel, i add a number so i do not keep scrolling over and over on the same bank,
Redline uses Grade 5 hardware on the cam, not sure why, i have had a couple of the cam gears from them get loose, pull the cam sensor and see if the gear moves,
Also try replacing the Cam and Crankshaft sensor, and replace the relay on the system might be getting hot at full wack
