What's the best method to remove about a near cup of sludge (gum, varnish, muck) in an ATV Gas Tank? Quad was ran dry, but this stuff collected at the very bottom by the petcock fuel intakes inside the tank. Plastic tank, so inside is otherwise clean, no rust. Seafoam good enough to get that...
