The flat-as-Kansas torque curve on the J35 will be a welcome change. You can get eBay headers for it to save some weight over the cast iron manifolds. It will need lots of muffler. J-motors are LOUD.

Pivot and transfer case output should be in the same-ish spot to reduce plunge. Not super different than a trophy truck that sees (very little) plunge under load. There’s 2 of them to share load, plus another reduction box on the arm, so they’d see less than half of what a normal driveshaft...

Past performance is no guarantee of future results, sure. But there's a lot of past performance with this man and either no results, or results nowhere near what was promised. The criticism is valid.

I’ve seen the super low cages. They’re weird. I don’t think the stock cage connected to that point is a huge concern. It’s an odd design, sure, but I doubt it will be a major issue when considering the use and likely crash vectors.

That A pillar has a bent tube above it. Exactly how much vertical force is it gonna see before the A pillar collapses anyway? If you really want to beef up the A pillar, an FIA bar is needed. Making the A pillar mount stronger isn’t gonna make a huge amount of improvement in actual crash...
