If this is the case, Jeeps and trucks in the dunes would need green stickers as well. I got pulled over while riding in the dunes for my whip being too short, no issues with the plated bike. Got a warning and was sent on my way.

I think it depends on where you are riding, down Gecko rd or in the dunes? Different rules on where you are riding. I had a 2005 Honda 450X plated, always had a whip while riding in the dunes. Don't need a red/green sticker if it is plated.

My FB26 felt heavier than my LE3705, crazy the difference between 5th wheel and bumper pulls feel.

I agree but why have a bike you have to the valves (or adjust) every season when other bikes just cruise along. Those 450's are great bikes, but I have more important things to do than doing head work every year. Most of our dual sport guys have ditched the Hondas for this reason.

Looks like ride height doesn't change much with 4 peeps in the car, could the suspension be set up pretty good from the factory?

My Buggy at 90 mph is fast enough, you start floating. I like 4 wheels planted on the ground firmly.
