7psi on a mild LS1 (cam package) is 600hp ish, so an intercooler rated for that would be the minimum starting point. Since a buggy is light and the dunes are complex, the intercooler will get a lot of cooling from part throttle air passing through it, so I wouldn’t sweat overall size a huge...
