I really curious. Pretty much every manufacturer is building vehicles down there! I realize a lot of the vehicle assembly line is automated these days, but someone has to feed those machines and keep everything ticking! They have to have a ton of IT people? Inquiring minds wanna know!

Pretty sure the FORD CEO is talking about vehicle assembly line workers. Salary. Fat benefits packages. Union jobs. That sorta thing. 😝 Hourly or flat rate techs, are employed by the Privately owned dealerships. 100 percent commission is the only way to work. 👍🏼
