    Can Am wins KOH?

Super impressive He does have external by-pass on the rear of the car. Last year he was close to winning but the car fell apart and I think he got a penalty for missing a trail. How many of the ultra 4 guys start shaving weight on their cars?

    Can Am wins KOH?

I don't think the V8 cars are going anywhere.

    Can Am wins KOH?

I believe he is referencing the 4400 class race. Chaney won in a Can Am Mav R with a custom tube chassis.

    2025 King of Hammers

Chaney is now a King of the Hammers winner in the 4400 class. 4 wins in the UTV class and now the big win yesterday. Can Am drive train and engine in a custom built car from CT Race Worx. They maintained the front suspension geometry with a taller knuckle to accommodate a 37" tire...

I never thought I would say this

The acceleration from 40mph and up is pretty crazy in the Pro R and Mav R.

I never thought I would say this

No, but it did 82mph and was far more dangerous. Point is when it came out people said it was too fast. Back then people could barely handle the 25hp of a Rhino. LOL!

I never thought I would say this

They said that when the XP1000 was released.

I never thought I would say this

My X3 on the highway starts feeling really light at 80mph. I did not like the highway section on our Baja trips. The newer sport SXS models are a lot heavier and don't get that light feeling. Your Speed UTV is over 3000lbs with all your stuff and passengers.

    2025 King of Hammers

Brock Heger killed the UTV field today in his Factory Polaris Pro R. Dude is an absolute stud behind the wheel. He won the Baja 1000 in November, Dakar in January and now two races at KOH. He should throw some 37" tires on his Pro R and enter the 4400 race.

I never thought I would say this

The XP900 would do over 75mph. The speeds the sport UTVs and even some of the utility UTVs are capable of reaching has always been up there.

I never thought I would say this

The Mav R will only hit 120 if you remove the speed limiter. But even left alone the Mav R will do over 90mph and the Pro R is not far behind. My X3 felt stable at 90+ on the dry lake beds, but it was still scary as you are hoping you don't find the one soft spot. My XP1000 at 75 started...

I never thought I would say this

My XP1000 would do 81-82mph. My first X3 with 32" tires and a tune did 93-94. Current X3 has the speed limiter and somewhere in the 80s it tops out. On dry lake beds matted to top speed is fun for a short burst. There is a story that during the last Vegas to Reno race Phil Blurton blew...

    2025 King of Hammers

He never misses a chance to sell his brand. Meanwhile Max is talking about jumping to asphalt racing. LOL! That custom single seat Pro R with 400+hp was a mini 4400 class car. I think the driver was Clark. Chaney barely missed out on being the top qualifier. Impressive qualifier for...
