Seriously?  Basically the guy is a fool for both the lack of proper insurance and common sense.  Any vehicle issue on a public street and you should pull over immediately.

I'm amazed on how people view abortion as a form of birth control. If you are not actively preventing pregnancy, it is not an accident. That being said, there is not a 100% effective form of birth control on the market except abstinence (and nobody wants that).

I have been eyeing billet pegs from BDT for awhile but decided on a set from BVC trikes.  They are the same length as stock, still fold and were on sale. Here are some comparison pics.

Ok....I have owned the bike since '93 and have never had to put a top end on it. OG piston showed signs of wear and detonation but never blew up. Rode the bike a few times and dropped it off at Rob Selvy's shop for a pipe. He tuned it and I never touched the carb again. Still have the receipt. Paid $249.

Original sales paperwork. Took delivery 8-11-1987. Total "out-the-door" price was $2,441.44 (including 48 month extended warranty). I little weird that an '85 was first sold in '87 but all paperwork says the bike was new, not used.

I wish.  At least back in the day it took skill to get out into the dunes and you learned how to read the sand conditions.  Amateurs stayed around camp.  Nowadays, you just mash the pedal, hope the cage holds up and burn it to the ground to collect insurance when it doesn't.  I still love Glamis...
