Buttercup

Weighed the toy hauler and found out I was overloading the stock hitch on tongue weight. Upgraded to a way overkill 2.5” receiver and new weight distribution hitch.  Taking the husky out to buttercup for the day tomorrow.

Getting ready. Superstition shakedown next weekend, Glamis on the 17th. 

Been cleaning the rat infestation out of my shed. Took a break to pick up my CT70 from storage at my parents. Been mine since I was 8. Needs some love but it will look good next to the ATC when they’re done Never mind the messy garage clutter. 😬

Saturday had a little too much fun at El Cajon Oktoberfest. Yesterday met up with @Poule43 and traded a Honda project for a different Honda project. At least I will probably finish this one eventually.  

Trade complete.   

Receiver was definitely home made. Was sticking through a hole cut in the bumper.    Looks like a moto trailer, do what you gotta do to ride, I guess.

Eagle rock in Warner springs is kinda neat if you’re up for a drive.  About 7 miles round trip if you start by the Cal Fire station. Fairly level well traveled path, about 900ft of elevation gain.

Went to corral canyon and hit some trails in the wildcat xx with my dad in his wildcat x. Regrettably didn’t stop to take pictures on the trail.   

Spotted this today. Check out the airbag front suspension. Wish I could have got a pic of the front, had a big gold cow skull with steer horns.
