Yep, that's why a LOT left the CA market. Without Rate hikes, it just isn't profitable...costs are thru the roof. Auto claims are the same way... now for some reason, when a car is at a shop and is a total loss, the same shops that pre covid got $60 per day to "store" the car now want $300...

Was driving thru chino backstreets on way to work...guy in front of me wasn't going fast enough for my stupid ass... pulled around to pass him, saw the motor with the radar pointed right at me on the side of the road.....saw him putting it away.....there was a spot open right in front of him...

My insurance guy said " why you want to spend all that money each month? You'll be dead? she'll just spend it on her new dude." My wife will be fine with what I have saved...work insurance covers my retirement nut, so either I retire and get it or die and she gets more.....

The upside to the metal blades, is you collect a bunch of the chips, then dump them under your buddies ride and say WTF is that from????????

What this will come down to is a series of small errors, that by themselves would not be such a disaster, but when combined together....we have a tragedy. Think about how many times small mistakes on our parts have had us come close.....but we made it because.....that final nail didn't land...

Lots of tips, try to get there as early as possible, camping to the left of the entry gate fills up pretty fast.... Bad weather open ups more spots..They park from the gate on Boone road all the way to Hammer town....camping on the right by the lakebed is likely sketcy this year. Bring warm...
