BIG Class A vs Super C

If you get serious about a Renegade give me a call. I've done a bunch of research on the engine/trans options, how to get your LiPo battery and dual inverter set up and the best dealers, etc. Happy to share all with you

BIG Class A vs Super C

Renegade Classic with twin screw (not a tag) is going to be an awesome machine. It will have 2x the tow capacity of a class A. You are going to push or exceed your tow rating of an A with your stacker. Renegade quality is excellent and there is a great FB page of very active and knowledgeable...

UPDATED: 4-25-25 A dealer sold me a "deleted" truck.

I assume you know you will have to pay WA State sales tax since you are registering it there? I live close to the border of OR and WA. Most people around here try to find a way to register in OR given OR has no sales tax.

Flying The Stars & Stripes Question

You’re worried about being disrespectful? Did you realize you forgot the L in flags in your first post? I guess it’s a selective disrespect thing? I’m not judging, just sayin’

Any luck with this insurance company?

Insured Value for Higher End Sandcar

I think your point is valid for sure. The part I can't figure out though is SxS insurance is pretty easy to get and relatively cheap comparatively. Go figure!

Insured Value for Higher End Sandcar

State Farm is the only one I can find that will cover to the full value. Nobody else even close. Foremost will do liability and max value of $50k on comprehension. Safeco will do liability only. Everyone else has been a hard no for one reason or another. And keep in mind, I have a clean driving...

Insured Value for Higher End Sandcar

I’m leaning toward just insuring for the full value. The premium difference isn’t enough to take the risk

Insured Value for Higher End Sandcar

Interesting. Please let us know what you find and if they have any value limitations like many of the others.

Insured Value for Higher End Sandcar

I’m curious how much some of you insure your higher end sand cars for? I’m taking delivery of my new car in a few weeks so I’m working on finalizing insurance. So far State Farm is the only one that will insure it and the premium is pretty expensive. I’m thinking to insure it for 15%-20% less...

    WTB 4.5 Whipple

I wonder if that’s the same guy I heard about? I believe it is in a new SCU. Sounds like a very similar story even though it made more hp on the dyno.

    WTB 4.5 Whipple

Is your's in assembly now? Wondering if your chassis is the one I just saw in line behind mine? It was a lighter silver color I think? Mine is headed over to Gary for dyno tomorrow, I should take delivery mid-May.

    Oil Extractor Pump Recommendation

Yes, I plan to set it up to connect direct to the drain line. I believe the fitting on the drain hose is 1/4" so I'll use airline quick disconnect and fittings.

    Oil Extractor Pump Recommendation

After looking further at what you recommended I went with basically the same thing but in the Mighty Vac version. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002SR7TC?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1

    Oil Extractor Pump Recommendation

I remembered I have a Reverso brand system on my big boat that works really well. I found this portable one they make but dang it's expensive: https://reversopumps.com/op-7-p-12/ Also found a Jabsco system and they are known for good pumps...

    Oil Extractor Pump Recommendation

Does anyone have a recommendation for a decent 12v oil extractor pump? I'm not looking for the kind that draws out the dipstick tube. I have an oil drain line connected to the bottom of the pan. I need to change the oil in my wakeboard boat. The oil does not gravity drain very well but...

    WTB 4.5 Whipple

I have heard 3rd hand (can't confirm) that Redline used a 3.8 on the same engine they would build for a 4.5 and it made 70hp more on the dyno. I have no idea if the extra power was on the bottom end, top end or throughout the power band. You are correct that 3.8 is represented to be more...

    WTB 4.5 Whipple

I hope you have better luck than I did. After almost a year getting jerked around by Whipple I bought a used one that was supposed to be good. The only thing useable was the housing. 4 more months of the Whipple BS getting it rebuilt.
