So today I took care of left lower rail at pivot cross tube location. Thought it was odd place to splice a tube but found it was a crack repair. Also found it was cracked inside of pivot tube. Will add outside brace to bolt mount later. Right side had been done prior.

So, I got this to repair today. YIKES! Lots of dead tubes. Hopefully it will be a little better when I'm done. Did some serious looking and discussion and think a plan came together. Going to require some panel modification though as more tubes are to be added. Like doing this stuff and it is...

So how wide do you need? Just enough to get sand car in? I put new wheels and tires on and debating whether I should modify the rear door opening. I now have 1/16th" of free space. Good enough? It will go, but would you go to the trouble of widening opening?

Ask, when filling my shocks with nitrogen, one of them when I went to remove the fitting from the shock released oil. Usually, it just lets the nitrogen pressure off. Afterwards I took my hose/fitting and opened the valve and did push oil out of the hose. Is there something not right here?

Where do you get yours? I know you can get them at the ssss, or at least you could in prior years. ASA used to offer them, but site shows week pass only. Too Early to look for them?

Are the tires that come on new vehicles of a lesser grade then sold at tire stores? Michelin LTX AT2 245-75-17, they claim a 60k tire. The tires that came on truck new are at 26000 miles and rears read between 7.5 and 8/32 and front at 9/32. Claim new at 14/32 new. When I ordered truck, I...

I have a friend who has a frame and all panels and arms that he bought for a Mazone and never built. He does want to sell it. Even has the little rack steering gear.

Friend's live in Yuma, they are saying same thing and temp predictions are trending up. We will try for later in September. Temp the other day was 105 and fells like was 113.

We are out. Feels like temps will be over 110. Too hot for us this year.
