Continue on the sand car. I think I have all the tubing cut and fit. All repair spot tended to and about to start welding. Changing rear cage from how they had it sleeved with a bolt through it to the interlocking joints.

After 14 years of build, band aids, patch's, and modifications finally doing a complete tear down of rail. Do some frame repairs and repaint. Be ready for next season and hopefully more years of fun.

I always strive for the "buy high, sell low, make it up in volume" business model. 

How high on the air pressure is one willing to go to seat beads? The rear side set on both wheels at 24psi. Worked and worked deflating and soaping up tire and wheel and ran psi to 30. Still can't get to seat. What is safe to inflate too to set beads?
