Interesting. I would think the fines would provide strength. Maybe the size was increased for a larger/thicker gear or more oil capacity.

What are your thought and experience regarding the cams and tune? Did you dyno before and after, I only ask since I've heard it's not really providing 70 additional HP. I'm guessing it's the Bikeman setup. Point me to the thread if you've already answered this...thanks.

Guees you'll have to get a MavR when the time is right.

Yes, the fuel is an issue but as your probably aware there's AGM and RPM to help with it. Would be great is Polaris addressed it from the factory though. Personally I like the seat height but I'm not tall at 5'10. Have you adjusted the seat tilt bolts to see if it helps?

Yes, works great in the dunes. It lowers the ride height and tightens up the car.

Are you using the BND IPT side covers on the LP4s to cut down the light casted on the hood? https://cdn11.bigcommerce.com/s-xabjiyiwa/products/6421/images/64701/FGXX_299208-IMG_002_P01_ANG_A__71056.1706049436.386.513.jpg?c=1

I think you're mixing up "Race" with "Track" but it look like @megadesertdiesel detailed suspension and engine mods.

I'll have to disagree with you on this. The stock Pro R cage in all welded and reinforced at the bends. Granted it's ugly IMO and I will be replacing it but I have no safety concerns with it compared to aftermarket.

That's pretty cool but I dont think I can justify the cost when the ride is pretty awesome in stock form.

I have a 24 Pro R 4. I run 35" Sandcrafts and no engine mods yet. Typically I run it in Track mode in the dunes and Baja in the whoops (sand highway) which seems to be the best dune settings I've found. Not saying your wrong just sharing my experience. The Rugged MAC, STX intercom and helmets...

    ID this carb?

Here's a link to a rebuild kit. I bet if you call they can confirm the model that I think is a 24. https://tbparts.com/product-category/chinese-pitbike-engine-parts/90cc-110cc-49-5mm/

Gotcha. Well you can test it as MWB described and adjust the float level if needed. However if the float valve delrin doesn't seal replace the flow valve (which comes in most rebuild kits)

If you don't drain your gas before storage the jets get clogged. Pump gas is the culprit. My guess it's the pilot jet and needle seat valve (controls float level) are dirty. Could be also be possible that the needle float valve is not sealing and needs to be replaced. I use carb or brake clean...

    Pro R paddle choices

I'm happy with the 35" Slayers, I like having the clearance with a 4 seater. Here's a picture next to 33" Rouges.

Polaris mounting tabs are uh, impressive...

Yup! Quicker and cleaner than a cut n weld.

    Speed UTV

I hear what your saying but that's the only part I know they get from them, but I'm no expert. Just think each boot is packaged in a separate box as a kit with a clamp, takes up more room than you think. Yes, it could be anything they sell.

Again, we know Super ATV supplies the CV boots but there may be more.
