What are you running out in the dunes?

Been riding various DS 650's since 2003. Have found that age, and the "side by side chop", have made quads more and more difficult to ride in Glamis. Tend to feel sore from head to toe in the morning. Making the switch to a Polaris RS1 this season, feeling kind of nervous about it. Not so...

Padres Road to the World Series

I'm starting to get the impression that you don't care for the Dodgers.

Padres Road to the World Series

Ah, I get it. Its either a BP game today or a BP game on Wednesday, because neither Yamamoto or Flaherty would be available yet. Guess they don't want to risk putting Knack out there. I would sure like to see at least one of these gas throwing young arms become a dependable starter.

Padres Road to the World Series

I don't understand why they aren't starting Buehler. He pitched ok against the Padres, the defense deserted him. He's had five days rest?

Padres Road to the World Series

That was an easy, low stress game to watch. Flaherty looked better than I've seen him look all year. I don't know all that much about the Mets, but it sure doesn't seem like they are nearly as dangerous as the Padres. Hoping its a short series to save our thin pitching (even thinner with...

Padres Road to the World Series

That was a war, on to the Mets. Darvish was outstanding, just two bad pitches. Yamamoto started earning his money tonight, was just a bit better.

Padres Road to the World Series

Will be interesting to see how Yamamoto does in this kind of moment. I don't think the Dodgers have that much confidence in him. You wouldn't think that would be the case with the highest paid pitcher in baseball history.

Padres Road to the World Series

Losing Musgrove really tilted things towards the Dodgers. Last night should have been his game, with Cease on full rest for Game 5 if they lost. Now, instead, they have Darvish on short rest, where historically he's not as sharp.

Padres Road to the World Series

I know what you mean. My Dad died of cancer a little over a year ago. In his last months, all we could really do together was sit and watch Dodger games (he was a fanatic). Wanted him to see one more Dodger World Series, but he didn't make it. I think of baseball, and the Dodgers, way too...

Padres Road to the World Series

Good points....Then maybe increase the roster sizes to allow for more pitchers. Have an A Staff, a B Staff and a C Staff. All prepared to pitch 1-2 innings every third game. They can't keep just doing what they are doing, unless there is a way to mandate that pitchers NOT throw over 95mph...

Padres Road to the World Series

Maybe the answer to constant pitcher injuries is to eliminate the "starting" pitcher. Take the entire pitching load of a season, and chop the innings up equally among the ENTIRE pitching staff. Tell everybody that they have to be ready to pitch 1-2 innings every other day.

Padres Road to the World Series

Don't throw dirt on the Dodgers quite yet... Darvish was excellent in Game 2. I believe he will be going on 4 days rest tomorrow, which he is not used to. Short rest didn't work out well for Cease. Should be an epic game Friday.

Padres Road to the World Series

    or Urias...or May...or Glasnow..or Stone...or Sheehan...or River Ryan...or Kershaw...or Gonsolin...or Paxton...or Miller Almost unbelievable that it has come to this.

Padres Road to the World Series

Trea Turner was/is a great player, loved watching him play as a Dodger. The Dodgers, despite the seemingly unlimited resources, don't just spend money blindly. Turner's skill set, historically, does not age well as a player moves into his mid 30's. To get him signed would have been a HUGE...

Padres Road to the World Series

Nonsense..... There is tribal type stupidity going on at every athletic event. Never underestimate the stupidity of inebriated people in large numbers. That being said, the whole dust up started with Profar egging those clowns on in left field and then Machado chucking a baseball towards the...

Padres Road to the World Series

He has always been a gamer, just not sure his arm is up to the task anymore. Would be nice for the Dodgers not to be way behind right from the jump for once. Got to try and steal one and make it back to LA.

Padres Road to the World Series

It was the Padres fault. They kept hitting high velocity baseballs over the left field fence. It put the fans in danger, and gave them plenty of ammunition to throw back at the outfielders.

    RIP Pete Rose

Great analogy. Like comparing apples to...........asteroids. But certainly no big FBI fanboy here.

Padres Road to the World Series

Was a super fun game to watch. Nothing like playoff baseball, everything is magnified three fold. Betts needs to start hitting, otherwise Ohtani will start getting the Bonds treatment and intentionally walked every time. Yamamoto pretty much stunk, but Dodgers slugged their way out of it. Must...

Padres Road to the World Series

Damn, have always enjoyed watching him pitch against the Dodgers. Big strong dude with clean mechanics. Baseball needs to get this constant arm injury thing figured out.
