Sailun S637. They have been bulletproof for me. Be aware, they are heavy 14-ply tires and are rated for 110 psi. They make them in 235/85-16 and 235/80-16.

Your buddies GMC has been upgraded with Denali headlight assemblies (or maybe aftermarket knock-offs). If they are OEM, they will be a significant upgrade over your Chevy lights.  I've been running them on my 2006 Sierra since about 2008 or so and they're really good.  A drop in HID kits works...

Those mounts look the same as the upside down chassis to me. Maybe I'm missing the change. @Marlboroman Did the production car mount look different than the upside down car?

You can see the mount at about 5:30 in that video. Seems fairly thick, but not sure if it's any different from the one that failed.

The current state of things.  I used 10ga PV wire with MC4 connectors to run from the two left panels over to a grey outdoor box just in front of the right panel (it's hidden due to the angle of the pic).  Inside the box, all 3 panels are connected in parallel to 8ga stranded copper power wire...
