This particular problem is on a 21 YZ250f dirt bike but it could happen on any machine.    Getting a surge or hiccup at about 60-70% throttle then clears up. Low end is fine. I knew the plug was not the problem but changed it anyway and no different.  I’m thinking(hoping) fuel pump but...

I cannot get my dishwasher to slide out.  Took out 2 screws in top corners.  Raised up the 2 legs and this thing will not budge.  I can only get a little up down movement.  What am I missing?
