Interesting. Possible I guess. But did the Ac xx have issues? Looks to have the same general design. The insides of the Speed arms do have a lot of bridge A framed supports inside. Not sure how it’s layed  out at that kink point?

I’d like to see where if any bracing is for the turbo as well. I get he added some pretty thick flanges to where it mounts to the engine but what’s supporting all that weight out there? Also regarding the arms and where the shock mounts, it has a sleeve built inside of them. 

Did anyone get a picture of the trailing arm tabs off of the hand built Diablos?  Wondering if it’s the same design as what he’s putting on the newer cars. Yup, hopefully they hold up.  Here’s a screenshot of a brand new one. $574 for a complete replacement. Doesn’t sound too bad of a deal. Not sure if they’ll be selling it by piece’s or as a complete assembly  once they’re out  

It was said early on ~20# for 225hp and ~30# for 300hp. Those numbers may have changed I’m not sure.

So here are so comparable pics of a XX and the Speed pivot tabs. Speed is using a u-shaped tab whereas the XX is more of a contoured/radiused tab for added strength. Wonder why they didn’t just go with what they had on the XX? 

I’m in total agreement with you here. Wish I would’ve bumped into you but no one was throwing cabbage so made it kinda hard. Lol. Here’s a closer pic I got. What are some of you professional welders thoughts?  Looks pretty rusty and maybe they had welded on it before? 

I was wondering the same thing about Safe glow. They use to be 10 minutes from my house. But looks like they relocated to Lake Havasu. Their customer service was always top notch for us!!!

Yes they have. Covid and lockdowns took a toll on them though and they kinda let themselves go. 🥴
