Pretty impressive how stout those KRX 1000’s are. Talk about Beefy. Just needs some extra power and this thing would be even Greater. Just stumbled on this video comparison and was pretty amazed. 

Angels landing trail has awesome views but do that first thing in the morning because it’s a strenuous hike and it gets warm.  Save the Narrows hike for when it warms up cause you’ll be in water the whole time and bring some old hiking boots or you can rent them there. But definitely NO WATER...

Been binge watching Matt’s Off Road Recovery for the past couple hours…I’m hooked. Bout to go fire up the grill got some friends and family heading over soon.

Picked up my new Smoker today and made some chicken and veggies. Char Griller Gravity from Lowe’s. Pretty impressive for a charcoal/wood grill. Super easy. Looking forward to some cooks now.

Was there ever a fix to this problem? Its RIDICULOUS!!!! Tried the “Mark site as read” but didn’t help. This is in the “unread” activity. 

Threw on  some back ribs from Costco on the old smoker. Came out killer. Hanging out with my 2 boys and my daughter in law and grandson. Enjoyed some refreshments 🍺 and now about to switch out to some cocktails 🍹. Good times. Y’all be good now y’all hear. 

I’ve also been dry brining lately with steaks and tri tip. Kosher salt them bad boys for at least 15-20 minutes before cooking. Tenderizes and adds good flavor throughout the meat.
