    Pressure relief valve or a port to dump overflow PS fluid. Pressure relief valve is good. Can save a PS line from going as protects in pressures spikes at full lock etc. also helps the PS pump live. an overflow dump, I don't run one on my car. fluid doesn't get hot enough and just another place...
