I wholesale some aluminum parts and my recent quotes have been 25% more than last year. I don't sell a lot so my quantities are in the hundreds at a time, I think my small quantities are more a hassle to the larger laser cutting companies i have quotes from.

Any alternative companies?

Where are you located?

I use 1cutfab out of Lake Elsinore, Glamis guy as well and small shop that will do smaller quantities.

Larry may still be wanting to help Duners out...

AZ

I have used Lasernut and CEM for laser stuff.

Whitley Machine is who we use at work for water jet and laser. They do small quantities for us. 35st/Broadway~ish. Kinda behind the Napa, across Broadway from Lubrication Equipment/Parker Store.

thanks, I called and sent a file for quote

Have you considered ordering from sendcutsend? This company has an excellent reputation. I don't have personal experience but would consider them for custom projects. https://sendcutsend.com/?srsltid=AfmBOoogJnP49PH6exL4j7UvX9R_lE6dnW_zrLB4lqikdLCf99xo

Well, they were much more reasonable on price. I took a chance and ordered. Ill keep you updated.

There was no where it asked if i wanted laser or waterjet cut or even how clean the cuts need to be. The option for deburring was not available or any place to make some notes. Hopefully it work out.

Liquid Metals near the airport has been great for me. I send them anything my plasma can't handle and they do a great job. Doesn't really matter what quantity I need. They are quick, too. They also do powder coat and have a press brake and punch I believe. Cool dudes.

I saw the option for tumbling/deburring on the main page menu. If it is there, they must offer it. Maybe an email with your order# in the subject line can get to them quickly.

I have had great experiences using send cut send and they usually always throw some candy in the box when they ship it out to you

Additionally precision tube laser has been great for bigger parts that send cut send can’t do
