I bought a Yamaha 250 quad in 2022 from Arizona and I live in San Diego. Received the green sticker at the time but never the title. Just noticed that registration expired and had not got a renewal. Looking back though paper work they sent me a refusal sometime back for title and new registration and had accidently sent me the green sticker. They are saying they cannot title the bike because there is no emissions label. How does that hold up title? OK, if that's the case why not issue the title and a red sticker?? Does somebody have their head up their ass over there? What gives??

Wow, that is weird, sounds like a typical DMV employee.....stupid is as stupid does.....they told me I surrendered my license .........good luck with that.
