What happened? They need more headcount. The Dems are losing Congressional seats due outflows of citizens moving to red states. Voting is a secondary reason. Red states are gaining seats and blue states are losing seats. The Dems play the long game well, even if it means doing a 180 on past positions. Power means more to them than integrity. It's that simple.
