It's Saturday Jan 11th 2025.. What is everyone doing this weekend?

OMG... I'm not going to sleep tonight....you have FIREARMS just lying around.......I'm scared now!

My eldest is part of the LASD now. He was here for two weeks over T-Giving. He was shocked when I showed him my arms with high-cap mags, suppressors, etc. A couple of the sheriffs that I work out with came by and took him shooting- I had to work. He's seriously considering moving here. The other two sheriffs are also transplants- one from NorCal, the other from CO.

took my daughter to a basic pistol class. she's 20 and I told her even though she's shot before, she has to complete 3 classes before she gets one.
instructor says why are you here, and I said because coming from someone other than dad isn't a bad thing lol.
didn't get to shoot the range was packed, so she gets a one on one wed with the instructor at the range.

I bought lessons for my daughter as well. Gave her the gift cert as a X-mas present.

Our private lesson is in March I think? Had to schedule it way out to get an early Saturday morning.

We had a little put around Barstow. Outlet Center to Slash X for lunch then back around. Solo trip with my daughter and dog so kept it mellow. It was the first trip sync'd with Ride Command and they emailed me a trip summary - pretty cool.

we did our pistol shooting class this afternoon. I said well honey, his crotch doesn't stand a chance based on that target lol. she finally got the rounds up on the target. I haven't shot in years and did pretty well. man I have to find something other than gun range ammo, man that was expensive lol
