Just an Observation On The Shooting

One slight correction in the video title needs to be made. The video is from the cell phone he was holding, not a body cam on his body. Slight destiction, but remove that point from someone's argument when trying to say he wasn't justified.
"The motion is of him dropping/lowering his phone. Not of him being hit."
No, both can be correct. It was of him lowering his phone WHILE he was being hit.
