they just don't build them like they used to.
I always wonder if we had to "go to real war like ww2, vietnam again, with what those guys and gals endured could we/they (the younger generation). If we had to rebuild the hoover dam using what they did back then, could we?
These days would women be able to step up and do what she did? Would men be able to repeat the things men endured back in the old days?
She became a household name, not even spoken about in history classes any more, gone by many, not forgotten by some of us.

I doubt you would get much done and would have lots of excuses from the weak and soft people.
 
Naw fuck that shit. Stuff would get done, the American way 🇺🇸

We (Duners here on GD) know plenty of young men and women that would step up, kids right from our very camps. They would get the job done.

We (America) pay too much attention to the crybabies that the media feeds to us....we have a false sense of who this country actually is made of.

The unknown silent majority of America is the best America IMHO.
