State Farm Ins and Snapsheet?

Anyone have any experience with this process/company? My sand rail was hit pretty good in Glamis on Tday weekend. I filed a claim due to the amount of damage and due to it being a specialty item they are using "Snapsheet" who will be contacting me soon. TYIA
 
Dove into snapsheet via AI and it's an AI based program that helps insurance companies and clients with claims. Lot more to read and you should.
My take is it may streamline automobile, home claims but I doubt it will be as useful for you and your sandrail. It says it will determine if a human is needed for claim assistance.
Given the unique design of your sandrail, I would expect a human needs to be involved and would personally get three hard quotes from sandcar specific repair facilities.

Being that you have a pretty bad ass SU... one of the best cars on this site... I would talk to the Guys at SU and see what they may have gone through in the past.

Definitely leave AI out of the entire situation if you can. Even a human will have issues with your claim, I'm sure.

You can see the area of impact. He hit me at the 5 link, went up and over, ripped my trunk off, busted the shock, bent the frame below the top shock mount.

I deal with State farm and Snap sheet weekly and it doesn't matter if they write an estimate for $1 it means nothing. Go find the shop you want to fix it and have them write there estimate and submit it to Snap sheet. You do not need to get 3 estimates only one of the shop you choose.
