In all seriousness: they deserve their day in court. If found guilty by their fellow citizens...

Summary execution.
It sems this guy has had multiple days in court only to get released!
I say, drawn and qtr'd!

This should be followed.

The "eye for an eye" punishment theory, also known as lex talionis, is the principle that punishment should be proportional to the offense. While often mistaken for a call for extreme revenge, its original purpose was to limit retribution by ensuring that the punishment for a crime was not excessively harsh. The concept is a form of retributive justice, which focuses on punishing wrongdoers based on the principle that they deserve a punishment fitting their crime.

If you can't do the time...don't do the crime!
But yes, too often are people worried about the suspects rights and yes everyone is entitled to a fair trial!
However, in this case where it is on video, 100% validation of this guy, there should be the shortest trial in history!
Any lawyer that defends him as to say he needs a chance, I say they need to be thrown in jail!
The only thing this douchebags lawyer needs to say is, yep he's guilty, sorry Charlie...nothing I can do for you!
