It's Saturday August 30th 2025.. What is everyone doing this weekend?

Wild week of moving but all into Kingman, AZ. Already feel comfortable here. Got to hang out with Neverenough.
Garage and storage is a lot smaller so all my shit is stacked. Work wants me to take home a truck but I'm running out of room fast.
Hopefully we'll buy something within the next year with room to stretch.

Was supposed to move all the barn stuff outside to make room for A/C Heat and Electrical spray foam people. Storms won't allow it. It's indoor things this weekend. Peace

Apparently, my neighbors decided to make me the neighborhood Detailer after seeing my 4Runner and Tundra on their good days. As if I needed more than a Two Year old to distract me from those vehicles… 😂. Their three vehicles are scheduled (from basic washes to Ceramic Coatings) out for the next year, something that’s NEVER happened before. Lexus gets dropped next week.

So much went on this weekend, started dragster for real on Saturday morning, started it last Sunday night with wife but she wasn’t terribly impressed with handling the blower starter and it spinning as she’s putting it on ground. So it was hard to set the timing last week. Got the timing set now and idle set. Still got to wrap up the tuning. Pulled the little car out and worked on the clutch linkage, we have a plan for that now and it goes for a little fab work on Wednesday.

Cleaned out the lower deck of trailer, washed the rhino, serviced the trailer generator, organized the tool boxes.

Still a lot to wrap up but so close now.

Driving back from Mammoth on Sunday...

I saw SEVEN CHP's before I even hit Big Pine (that's less than an hours drive)!

I was a speed limit watching mo-fo all the way home. Sheesh. 🫤

We’re stuck at home.
A Labor Day weekend Catching up on paperwork & wife doing all my chores because I’m hobbling around from surgery.

Takes 12 weeks for the bones to heal.
We’ll then roll to the Off Road Coalitions poker run at Superstition for our first trip.

Wife ordered Yankum Inertia Tow Ropes that arrived and will donate them to the raffle anonymously. That’s how elusive and humble she is.

Wife filled the Hudson sprayer with round up and spot-touched up our hillsides weed growth in 100F.

That’s our Labor Day.
