what is with the industrial ice maker?  is that a normal thing in TX?

Had a visit yesterday. Was across the street sTOP at Mom's house fixing her toilet when a showing was happening. It's a pretty weird feeling watching people walk thru your house. They left the Garage Majal Lights on. Luckily I live close by. That Garage is going to sell that place. The five bedroom 3.5 bath and pool will help some. Mancave / putting green in back is a close 2nd too. Peace

Since contracting, the potential buyers have given me a TO DO LIST..........cost me approximately $10k to complete. Earnest Money is set at $6k so if they back out, it's mine. I'd rather take the big check! Peace
