If anyone is looking to have their vehicle rewired, please use caution if dealing with Erick from Hardwired Performance.

Long story short, I contacted him in January of 2022 to rewire my car and build a customer engine harness for my J Series. I had asked if I prepay would that help speed things along (Big Mistake) and he promptly replied that it would help expedite the process to get my car in his shop and have the wiring completed before the beginning of the 2022/2023 season. I had fabrication planned and wanted to try to minimize any delays. Total agreed price for the complete Job as $5400.00. I send $2700.00 promptly through PayPal and he acknowledged payment. That is where it all went sideways. He slowly started to push things out farther and farther till then, he went completely silent. For two years I chased him via email and Instagram. It was not until last year when I was able to find his phone number and I got ahold of him. He told me he had closed his shop down to health reasons but would still be able to make good on the money I had spent. Over four separate times he bailed and failed to show up to measure my car for wiring. After that he went radio silent. I text him today asking him to make good on payment and he read my message with no response. Sadly I am pretty sure I am out the money, but hoping to warn others.
