I wonder if this will dampen home prices in SoCal. Previous insurance costs didn't. Rising interest rates didn't. The nearly 50% increase in the last 5 years didn't.

Metal saws run a lower RPM than a standard skil saw. I don't know if the faster circ saw would damage the metal blade or overheat the work. Something to look into.

Looks like a nice buggy. A few more pictures of engine and transmission, dash electronics and interior will help. Any paperwork on registration and motorwork would help.
