BBQ Smoking Thread

This thread is making me hungry!
LOL.
I need to take some time and catch up...got to page 4!
Everything looks so good.
I wanna BBQ something soon.
My outdoor grill is calling me!

Got a 20 lbs brisket at Costco. Slathered with mustard, salt and pepper on Thursday. Put on smoker 3:30 pm on Friday.

205 degrees overnight until about 195 internal temp, wrapped with butcher paper and let rest on smoker at 180 for 2 hours, and on counter 1 hour wrapped.

I also made a big batch of spicy pickles. I've been making pickles a long time and this has been my go to seasoning for awhile. You

can get it in Amazon.
