as stated AZ already has this, I have to take it to get my out of state sticker. Annoying but super easy just like the BLM fire permit, they are all common sense questions. If you can't pass the test you should not be riding yet people do every day.....

OHV Decal: Safe & Ethical Riding in Arizona​

Arizona residents: To purchase a decal, you are required to take the free course “OHV Decal: Safe & Ethical Riding in Arizona.”

Non-residents: To purchase a decal, you will need to sign up for a free portal account and take the free course “OHV Decal: Safe & Ethical Riding in Arizona.”

Not exactly. We just have to watch a (free) OHV video before we can renew our OHV registration. There isn’t anything to carry with us and it’s not specific to the operator.

This is true but you also need an Arizona State Land Department Recreational Permit Parking Pass anywhere OHV it’s $20 a year for family.

Again, kinda but not exactly. There are a handful of OHV parks which you’re correct about. However there is open desert in abundance where OHV’s operate freely.
