Glamis 10/8

It opens on the weekend closer to Halloween? Facebook will have the answer. The vendors with a high friend count run glamis and know everything. 

 
You never know with the temps..  abc went 10/7 one year ,,, about a decade ago.. 72 high ,,, no one .. totally sick

The lizards own it till the middle of October... amazing how many there are out there, before the crowds rum them all over.... spent the day dodging them.....screaming...MOVE.....was  a blast. 

 
I was thinking about heading out early Sunday to do some testing. Would love to join in with a group so I’m not alone. 

 
October is all about watching the weather and getting out there when it is below 90 degrees. 

 
Columbus weekend has always been the kick off for the AARP group and every year a week before when we are looking at the temps we say we need to move this back a week. once we are there though, we are glad we went. Smooth sand  zero crowds and sure it will be in the high 90's every day but that is only for an hour or so before it starts to cool back off.

We plan on doing a beer run saturday night. We will stop along gecko and have a beer each time we see a ghost camp.  :burpy:
