Ready to lay about 400 sq feet of Sod, but figured I fix the drain that services that area/patio.
Found it was completely filled solid with dirt and roots to only end 3 feet away from the cleanout. Digging holes in the rain sucked. So retouching (Trim, Patch, Paint) a 3rd bathroom (Laundry/Guest) since its been untouched since we bought the place.
