@ESCO, In 1988, Ivan Lester McGuire, an experienced skydiver, filmed his own death after forgetting to put on his parachute for a jump from 10,000 feet. While grabbing his camera gear for the third jump of the day, he mistakenly left his parachute in the plane, realizing his fatal error only during the fall when he reached for the pull cord. The camera attached to his helmet captured his final moments, providing a chilling record of the accident.
