Got the day off, no got the weekend off because of the day yes.

I know makes no sense to me either but here is what happened. City of Mesa does not close for the day and the City Inspectors and such do not work on Fridays anyway. We needed to do some weekend work that we have tried to do for the last three weeks in a row (this making four) but we have to have a City Employee onsite while we do this work, so the City even though Friday is the Holiday not Saturday will not allow the City Employee to work on a Holiday weekend making us push out the work till next weekend, The only weekend of the five weekends that we have tried to work I have plans on.
