Ruffian Cars, Chris Ashton built that. Super cool guy. I used to work with his sister (May she RIP). Last year I designed his booth for SEMA. He's got a cool story. Video Game developer and always into cars. It's interesting cause he builds what he and his team want to build then sells it...or not! I think you can commission him to build something, but it's gotta be something he wants to build.
