No batteries needed! But then you would have to have a retro model for it to bolt on. I think. I've had one for over 40 years sitting in my safe. I need an AR to go with it as soon as I move out of commiefornia.
Not my pictures.

Every time I saw this thread pop up I kept reading/thinking/envisioning a turret gun being mounted on top of someone's truck (truck gun) and wondering who the hell's trying to do this, and they probably live in Arizona..🤣 I bypassed this thread so many times and today was the first time I clicked on it to find out wtf... Honestly thought somebody had a gun mounted on their truck. Sorry for the hijack, back to your regularly scheduled program.
That's one way to say you're jealous..

I have an older tasco rubber armored scope similar model used on the delta.Just aint the delta version as that had integrated rings vs mine.I actually tossed in the trash can a few years back cleaning garage and pulled it back out few days later.Have it back on one fo the Ars and was at range last month.

Guy next to me asked about it took a look at it told me its the japenese made one and worth a few bucks.I told him about throwing it out and taking it back out LOL Seems alot are wanting to build the old classic guns right now and looking for the old stuff.
