My brother was on the Midway and launched once as a passenger on a bigger prop plane. He said it felt like his eyeballs bounced off the back of his skull.

 
Its braking prowess was demonstrated with a run from 0 mph to 249 mph and back to 0 mph that it completed in 29.93 seconds, more than a second quicker that the previous record.

^^^This was the most impressive stat to me. Damn, less than 30 seconds!

Very impressive. 
But for $2.2 million it should be able to jump the double at the swing set. 

 
I mean, is it taking these records from combustion driven vehicles? If so, I could care less. I hope this is an entirely separate "electric vehicle" category. Yea, so we've all seen the gutted out Tesla launching like crazy, I could care less. I'll now identify as a dinosaur.

not to worry apple's car will need a conversion charge cable in 6 months for the new model and charge rate will be 1/2 speed
